The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) class is designed for healthcare providers and professional rescuers who need to know how to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course covers high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), effective ventilation techniques, and how to work as part of a resuscitation team.
Through realistic scenarios and hands-on practice, participants learn the critical skills needed to perform CPR in both in-facility and prehospital settings.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive an official AHA BLS certification card, valid for two years.
